I did business with this facility last week I went in to pick up a pawn on the day it was due which I called a week before to make sure was OK when I went in the boy behind the counter charged me an additional $75 over the price which was discussed on the phone and when I question why it was $75 more The boy told me that he would just sell my item this is the most disrespectful disgraceful crooked diss honest thieving business I have ever dealt with , management at this facility is no better very dishonest very rude and disrespectful !
As a customer I am Apalled and ashamed that I ever did business here i'm very disappointed with the non-business like attitude and atmosphere not a good place to do business very underhanded very disrespectful staff !!
