These are the most dishonest lying unchristian people you well ever meet. They sell complete junk cars. They lie to you about repairing your vehicles and completely rig them. The mechanic floyd was supposed to replace the shifting cable. Completely lied about it. Never fixed it and instead put putty and foil around it. Several years ago floyd was supposed to replace a fuel pump on another vehicle and when it broke down again another mechanic said it was the original fuel pump. The owner jeff denys any allegations and tells me floyd wouldnt do this. He the only one who touched the shifter. These people are crooks to say the very least and put babies lives in danger.

I'v been using Whitestone for a couple of years now for any minor or major problem I may have with my vehicle. The communication with Jeff the owner is just amazing & very personable. Jeff and his team will always go above and beyond my needs for the ultimate experience. Thanks again!

Worst place ever! I went in to get my rack and pinion fixed,just to realized they failed to put the toe of my alignment back in place,they never advised me prior to fixing my rack and pinion that it would affect my alignment! Which was recently fixed from Midas; when I called to inform the owner of the problem,pretty much the owner was like who cares. I am a single parent and now I'm lefted with my two front tires ruin from the damage of how bad they didn't care or to inform me of placing my alignment back in its right place. If I was informed I could have still went to Midas under my 90 days warranty and have it fix. Now I'm just lefted to put more money into my car because "Whitestone" failed to inform me of what was really going on. Just to try and get over on me because I am a young woman. Example:On another visit to see why my brake lights kept appearing off and on the owner asked me about my alignment/getting done etc. And I said No. Why? What's wrong with it? Because I'll go back to the place where I had it done. He replied. "oh nothing". So once again "Whitestone" failed to inform me of my alignment!

I have been going to Whitestone Auto for the past 10 years. I have taken every car I have owned their for all maintenance needs. They are the most helpful HONEST people you will ever meet in the Auto Industry. I am taking my current truck their next week to get suspension and engine work done and know it will be done right at a fair price

This is THE one used car place you can feel at peace with! We have had our used vehicle from them for 3 years (with over 100,000 miles on it) and whenever we have had to have regular maintenance the mechanics have commented what good shape it is in. Jeff will stand behind his product and will only sell a car he personally feels good about. We are so blessed to have found a place we can trust!!

Jeff and the guys at Whitestone are excellent! They are the only shop I will take my cars to and refer my friends to. They are honest and their prices are very reasonable. You won't find a shop with more integrity in Lakeland.
