This store has been a blessing to us with great almost new furniture and such reasonable prices for our budget and they have been so good about selling furniture we did not need! Love this store and the workers are all so helpful!

Paul Fawcett, the manager at Wood World Lakeland FL is by far the VERY BEST customer service oriented individual I have ever met. He is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, flexible, courteous and the most calming, soothing manner He has exceptionally INTEGRITY and honesty and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to visit this business for their furniture needs. I simply cannot say enough good things about this business. And one other comment, I put a piece of furniture on consignment and erroneoulsy left a high end camera in the cabinet and the pick-up persons found it and turned it in to management and it was kept at counter until I called to see if possibly I had left it in the cabinet. Now that honesty on the part of Wood World staff is also exceptional in this day and age. GO WOOD WORLD - I vote you best businesss in Lakeland!!!!

They say word of mouth is the best advertising and it canalso be the worst advertising!! A friend & I went to Wood World Furniture on 98 North in Lakeland to have my grandson a toy chest made!! My husband picked it up yesterday when I was told it would be ready Tuesday on my grandson's birthday!! The toy chest is very nice did a good job on the wood work , I was told by Paul who I think is the owner that they would make sure the lid won't slam!! Guess what it slams and it slams hard!! So I gave Paul a call this morning when I told him the problem we had with the lid and that they only put one spring hinge on one side of the lid instead of the middle or one on each end. He bascially told me you only paid $199 the price he quoted me and he told me I could purchases additonal hinges at Lowe's or Home Depot. That's all he could do!! We definitely won't be going there again. Cause it's like this, before money exchanges hand they can do anything but once they have your money they are limited on what they can do for you!!

Great Christian Owners who are ALWAYS Friendly and Helpful !!! We've purchased, 2 Armoires, 2 Pie Safes, 1 Hamper, 3 Dressers -- ALL SOLID WOOD, unfinished. Love, Love, Love these items!!! Also purchased some consignment items, a couple of chairs and best of all my BEAUTIFUL TV CONSOLE!!! Great FAIR Prices, Wonderful Service!!! You must stop by and take a look!!!
