I went a week ago and they were awful. I asked multiple times for the owner to please pay attention to my problem areas, he refused. I felt worse when I left than when I arrived. I tried not to cause a seen and just left, my wife had Bridgette and had a good massage, tipped her well,and bought something suggested and left. She did tell the owner I was upset with my service, and he simply said drink water. I called and complained the next day, and they called back saying they wd make it right. So we made another appointment. Bridgette called the day of the 2 appointment and basically told my wife she wd no longer work on her because we had the audacity to complain about bad service. Spitting her previous tip and buying of product back at her. Then Bridgette told us they were having some guy come in to work on us, like it was a hitman and we were blackballed. I called back asked for our money back that we simply didn't want to go back after the soap opera Bridgette and the owner caused. Was told he wasn't in and that he would call me back. Have never heard from him. Worst place ever, weird way of handling anything.
