We have been with the Learning Tree Lakeland for almost 7 years now, and couldn't be more pleased. My school-aged son attends their before and after school care as well as their summer program when school is out. My daughter is in their preschool program, and loves her teachers and her friends. The Learning Tree family is like our second family. If we ever do have an issue or a concern, Mr. Bill and Miss Debbie are always there to listen to our concerns and handle the situation appropriately.

Bill Woody left my kids at school without any notification to me what-so-ever. I wrote him a note to call me and his response was, "I'm too busy to call" and had a teacher tell me to "e-mail" him. She had to direct me on how to dig up that e-mail address. We had been in communication somewhat through e-mail, then "Mr. Bill" just stopped corresponding and just out of the blue, left my kids at the school (child neglect much?). When I tried to call him at 4pm, guess what? HE WASN'T THERE and refuses to call me back. I will be taking this matter along with many other things that go on in that daycare as far as I can to get that place shut down!
