LAKEPORT boat & dry storage’s leak not only from rotted tin roofs, but under the back of the units.They have mold, rodents that run in and out of units destroying ppls property and dry wall! Known fact! I lived on the property for 19 years, I managed them, but no longer would put up with the verbal abuse. I and others that rented was accused of not paying rent. As you look around for unit, you will notice they’re the cheapest in Lakeport. There is a reason for that!

Facility was always keep clean as clean as can be with oak trees and there leaves.

The Christopherson's went out of there way to please there customers. You can't have tenants stay 10-12-15 years and not take care of them.

My boat has been stored at Lakeshore Boat & Dry Storage for several years now. The management has always been very honest and helpfull and is always available. The place is kept tidy and clean. I have not experienced any theft or crime while renting my unit
