BUYER BEWARE.... Do your research on this merchant. 4th floor court house shows 3 judgements totaling over 91,000.00. 2nd floor mediation files. This merchant sold me a used sauna. I signed a cal spa contract. He was told to pick it up and reverse charges. He rewrote the contract and placed it in my boyfriends name. Then stated he would honor his contract for a used sauna with him. Merchant well not give us copies of contracts for swim spa or sauna its been 3 months now. It took 7 weeks for him to do the spa lifts. He takes your money then does not order items. All post an up date after court. PLEASE do your research.
