We went into the store there was 4 people before us. The woman was speaking to a guy about directions to somewhere. We were TOTALLY ignored. We waited and waited and more people came in, there was 11 of us and she continued to ignore the waiting customers. We walked out and I told another group not to bother if they wanted ice cream because they won't be served. We live in a small community word gets out fast. I work in the service industry and I would NEVER treat potential customers this way. I will tell everyone not to go to this establishment. I can't believe how angry I am. I will never go back and I will speak badly about the lack of service to anyone I speak to.
