TransCare of Kentucky s emergency medical technicians and paramedics serve more than 328,000 residents plus others who work in and travel through northern Kentucky. It offers ambulance transportation and emergency paramedic services. The company was created in February 1998, when the staff and assets of Saint Elizabeth Advanced Life Support and Saint Luke Grant County Ambulance were merged. The organization then purchased the emergency medical service assets of Northern Kentucky Emergency Medical Services. A nonprofit organization, TransCare is jointly owned by Saint Elizabeth Medical Center and Greater Cincinnati Health Alliance. TransCare of Kentucky is located in Lakeside Park, Ky.
