Lakeville, Massachusetts is where the corporate office is and they employee about 400 people there on a given time. There is such a revolving door when it comes to employees working there it's insane. They treat many of there employees like dirt and then throw them away. I seen one young man who had plenty of education, experience and talent to do a great job for his department and for the company and they fired him because one person was jealous of him because other employees started looking up to him and listened to him more than the other. It was his right because he knew his jo through and through, but one person who was hirer up then him got him fired so he could have the light shine back on him. This place is pathetic!



Here's a great example in what goes on in this office. All employees were made to find ways in how they could save the company money. Maybe shuting computers down overnight, recycling more, using less printed paper. All the managers and mid-level managers kept drilling this issue into all employees throughout the building. Then the Senior Vice President Kenneth Romanzi, had a fit when he found out his office was smaller then other Vice President's offices. So "THE COMPANY" spent $10,000 to make his office bigger only by 5 INCHES!!! One wall was taken down and then built back up just so he could have a bigger office. All this went on during what the company called employees taking action for COST SAVINGS INITUTIVES. This company and their Vice Presidents have a long track record of misusing company money.
