Unfortunately, I have been in a position that I had to use this florist on a couple of occasions, both for funerals. Each time the individual on the phone was rude and very unhelpful. Any suggestions that I had were shot down and not even considered. I got complete gouged on the delivery price...they were blocks from the church and charged $9 delivery fee. What a joke. I worked in the floral industry, and customer service was key. Apparently not here. The second interaction was just as bad, and I ended up not ordering any flowers. Rude, rude, rude.
