Ridiculously over priced for service . Bill had no labor hours specified on it...just a total for 327.00. Shop supplies 32.70...no mention on that at all before, during or after while having that SMILE on their face when I paid the bill (could they at least offer me to keep what I paid for - NO!). And here is the kicker, when I bought the bike, Honda did not take care of a couple warranty issues I had day 1. One of those issues was a "left fairing filler panel cowl" tab was broke. Well you guessed it, Primo broke the "right fairing filler panel cowl" so I can have a matched set now.

Jake "The Snake" ASSURED me he had a Forza and Silverwing on site and OFFERED to let me test ride them both. Turns out the Forza wasn't even on site and the Silverwing had a dead battery.

Jake promises me that they will be ready the next day. I come back the next day... STILL no Forza. I test ride the Silverwing and realize that it isn't going to be a fit. Jake isn't interested in showing me anything else. I told him I wanted to look at the CTX700N and the Yamaha FZ-07. He offered a test ride if I came back the next day.

Next day : the CTX700 & the FZ-07 are ready to ride. However; Jake tells me that I should come back during the week anyway. I didn't even need to ride the bikes but wanted to ask some basic questions so that I could make my final decision between the two. I made it clear that I was looking to drive one of the bikes home THAT DAY. He insisted that he didn't have time and that I should come back in a few days when it was less busy. (Strike 3 for Jake)

This place is a joke. I've gone there several times when forced to do repairs on my bike and each time I walk away very dissatisfied with the service and cost. Highly overpriced for simple repairs. My wife brought her bike in there and they snapped a bolt off and charged her for the parts and labor to replace the bolt they snapped off. Talking to the managers was like talking to arrogant apes. They just don't get customer service there. The salespeople walk around aimlessly, and Heaven forbid you need help with accessories. They'll just look at you with blank uncaring eyes. They do have a good selection there of everything though. There, I said something nice.

I like Motoprimo

My experience with Motoprimo South in Lakeville is entirely different than the first two reviers. Returning from one long trip, I had only a short time between it and leaving for the next. Motoprimo was able to change out the tire, and repair the rear crush bushings promptly before my scheduled departure day.I have continued to use Motoprimo for service, parts and accessories. Jim

rocket 3 touring

I purchest a rocket 3 from dave at motoprimo in lake vill and at first i was extreemly happy on my buy untill 40 days later when on a trip out west as we were on our way back troug omaha somthing didnt feel right so we stoped at dillon brothers and had them look at the bike to discover that the rear tire was shot and to the point that they told us it was unsafe so they chcked the psi it was within 1 lb of the tire rating so i sent the tire back to dave. about 4/5 weeks ago and gust herd from them that the bike they sold me was to small or the tire was under inflated so the moral of the story is if you like to be called a lier or like to wait to get help from a dealer i sugest motoprimo in lake vill mn.
