Very Unfortunate. Lakeway Dermatology has very poor customer service. After experience with wart removal for 10 years I called back 2 days after treatment to let them know that the freezing was not right and they told me that unfortunately there are no Doctors in on a Friday and that they couldn't refreeze anything for 3+ weeks anyway. After returning from vacation 4 weeks later I called and requested to be retreated and all they wanted to do was debate with me if they did the treatment correct the 1st time...which they absolutely did not. All they had to do was offer to make it right, but they couldn't bring themselvs to it. Good thing there are many other doctors and a new medical center coming to Lakeway!
