If you need ANYTHING for a party or a holiday, run, don't walk to Alin Party Supply. They are beyond helpful, friendly, and professional and always have what you need. We mostly go there for balloons and their selection is spectacular and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Alin's for all of your party needs!

****PLEASE READ****I am very upset with my experience this evening while buying party supplies for my daughter's party. I ordered balloons, payed for them at the register as I was told to do from the lady at the balloon counter. 2 hours after returning home I received a call from Louie, identifying himself as the 'manager' of the store. He informed me that I needed to go find my receipt because he needed the receipt number. I advised him that I did not have it on me it was in my car parked down the street and that it was raining and I was not going to go outside in the dark and get it. He told me he needed it anyway and that I was improperly charged. I informed him that this was not my issue as I do not work for the store nor did I write up the balloon order or ring up my own order. He cut me off yelling at me demanding that I was undercharged. I asked him to let me speak to which he ignored and continued to raise his voice at me over the phone as I tried to speak over him letting him know that I am the customer and unaware of your policies and therefore should not be held accountable for a mistake being made on account of the employees. He then hung up in my face. I tried to call back several times for 1 hour to which the phone picked up to voicemail which means the phones were purposely not being answered which may have affected other customers trying to call and inquire about your store. I am very upset, I will not shop at your store again. Any establishment that allows their employees to speak to and deal with their customers this way is not any place I/ my place of business, family, and acquaintances wish to be affiliated with. I have been shopping at this store since a small child and I am over 35 years old. I am disgusted at Louie for his lack of patience and training being in a management position. I would rather pay twice as much at another store and receive great customer service. Louie's behavior over a $2 discrepancy on their part is ridiculous.
