I had a brand new silk blouse (the tags were still on it) and asked if they could shorten the hem by a couple inches. The hem is worn out so the color of the thread must match the blouse so it is not seen. I was told yes they could hem the blouse, so I prepaid the $14 and left the blouse to be hemmed. When I picked up my blouse I saw that the color of the thread used on the hem DID NOT match the blouse. Also, it looked as though they did not use the right thread tension because some of the loops were pulled out. Overall, the hem was poor quality. When I told the owner I was not pleased with the hem, he argued with me. He told me the color matched the blouse (it did not) and he never even offered to make it right. I will NEVER take my business here again.
