Purchase a trailer spare wheel carrier and it broke off from the weld and damaged my trailer. For over to months been trying to get this rectified and they have be avoiding taking care of this. Mail them the part they wanted to know how much the tire and rim weighed. When on there box it says it carries up to a 16 inch wheel and I had a 14 in wheel on it. They are not standing by there products and I have called several times to speak to someone higher up and customer service is not letting me talk to anyone. They are avoiding taking care of this. I have tried in a reasonable way to handle this but i guess i will soon take it to the MEDIA.
