Completely Lacking Commitment to Customer Satisfaction



We had Applied Elevators out to fix a residential elevator recently and found their commitment to customer satisfaction completely lacking. We were hoping for a company that could restore our elevator to its proper, functioning state. The work they did complete was great. The technicians on site were respectful, quick and knowledgeable about that particular part of the job. But later when we discovered that the elevator did not work as it did before, the technician refused to even come out and look at it. His telephone response to our issue was not only unacceptable, but highly unprofessional as well.



After a few hours of my time, I was able to reprogram our elevator with very little effort – only the effort to research this elevator – something I am not a trained professional in dealing with. My honest opinion is that he could have had it back up and running within 30 minutes, given his professional background, had he even been slightly concerned with a happy customer. We will not use this company again.
