Donald delivered exceptional service at our home. His attention to detail was beyond and after the service, he explained all the areas he treated and even remembered some problem areas we had last year with wasps and made sure to spend time on those areas this year already in hopes of not attracting them again. He was a true pleasure to have at our home for the short amount of time and we hope to have him again in the future.

Taylor and his coworker did a wonderful job. They introduced themselves with a smile and Taylor explained everything he was going to do that was on our list of concerns. Highly recommend this company.

I've been using Aptove for a year now and have always been happy with their service. All of the techs are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They offer effective solutions to my specific issues.

Adaptive and all of their technicians are experienced and take very good care of our home and yard. Always on time and respectful of the property. Adaptive is great at changing the treatment date anytime to meet our needs.

Dakota was friendly, professional and thorough. He checked with me to see if we had any specific issues and covered what he was going to do. He even mentioned solar and connected me with a rep who is coming on Saturday to give us a more in depth look at whether it makes sense for us to go that route. Dakota has been really great - he pays special attention to the areas we like to spend time in outside - our deck, fire pit and hot tub areas. That means so much to us since we mostly entertain outside these days. Very professional - and such a nice guy. We’re really happy with Aptive - and Dakota is a huge part of why!

Dee did a great job! He found a bees nest in my compost I wasn’t even aware existed. If there were 10 stars instead of 5 stars, I would give him a 10! Thank you Dee!

The technician, Joe was thorough and double-checked if there were other needs/concerns we were having as he wanted to be sure to address any of those. He was helpful in informing us of how we can obtain services in between treatments, if needed. Appreciated his professionalism and intent to provide the best service possible.

The technician, Donald, was very polite and informative. He gave me a call before he arrived so I had a heads up, and he followed up with me after he completed the service. He had answers and suggestions for my problem areas. Really liked his service and attitude.

The technician, Isaak, made contact before the appointment to see if I wanted him to let me know when he arrived. He responded promptly and explained everything he would do beforehand and gave detailed information following the treatment. He was courteous and very professional.

The person that was supposed to come last night was not professional and should have came to the door or called to let us know it was too dark to do the initial application thus the lower ratings.

Liz was very personable and knowledgable, took GREAT care of our property and did a GREAT job! I really appreciate the text letting me know she was on her way and taking the time to talk about what we wanted her to take a look at while at our home! All the techs have just been great!!! A truly great company to work with!

Aptive really takes care of my pest problems with little input from me. They schedule quarterly services and complimentary services in between as needed. Brandon did a fine job. He came while I was away from the house and took care of the bait boxes. He also scheduled a complimentary follow up for a month later to recheck them.

Staff is always knowlegeable and friendly. We've had the service less than a year and can tell the difference. It's great that they will do an additional service if needed between the quarterly services.

We love this company. They come to our home once a quarter and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll continue to use them fir years to come.

He introduced himself, asked if he could use our outdoor hose, he thanked Me. He asked if there was anything else I might need indoors I said no and he very politely and said he would be out of my hair in a short while. He was very sweet and wished me a good day.

Following our first service with Aptive, after switching from Orkin, in just a few weeks, we noticed 5 dead mice from under the deck, which had been a persisting problem that Orkin did not seem able to manage as well. Additionally, Orkin never did a routine sweep of spider webs around the house & eaves and our spiders this summer have been out of control despite quarterly indoor/outdoor treatment by Orkin. Aptive provides the SWEEP with each visit, before treating. Have noticed less webs, and grateful to know on our next visit they will knock down any new ones that have returned. Same cost, better service. THANK YOU!
