This place is nice--they keep it clean. That's something I consider, especially at a tanning bed that you share with other people. It's brightly lit and attractive from the outside. What ISN'T attractive is their staff.



Customer service: They are far too aggressive with their sales approach. They harass me about either my lotion, or the plan I chose. They try to get me to spend money every single time I come in. I also get lectured on the lotion I'm already using, or lectured on UVB rays. I'm sorry, but all I want is to relax and tan--no I don't want to buy a $90 bottle of lotion. No, I don't want to sign a year contract. No, surprisingly I didn't come here for a lesson on suntanning, and NO I don't appreciate being patronized. If I knew it would be as troubling as negotiating a car salesman, I'd probably tan somewhere else.
