webdirect online banking has glitches admitted by the bank. Attempted to transfer funds online that never went through until account was $300 in NSF. Bank declined to accept responsibility although weight of evidence supports the customer (me). Paid the fee's and closed the account after more than 10 years. No sense of customer loyalty although they spend millions on new customer campaigns. Hey, what about the customers you have? Stay away from this bank unless you don't mind bank caused errors with no sense of responsibility. Thanks BOTW for getting me to start working with credit unions. NO MORE BIG BANKS
