Provided by YP.comWow, where do I start? I have been a customer here since 2008. My last experiance with the female "manager" was horrible. I came in to get some felt, after I left and started working on my table I noticed I was missing one of the rail cloths. I called the store and explained that I was missing a piece. She immediatley gave me an attitude stating rudley "are you sure"? I said yes, I have 5 and I paid for 6. She said that I need to come back to get it. I said I am unable to come get it, you guys are going to have to bring it to me. She began throwing a fit saying they refuse to do so. They said there is nothing they can do about it. I told them they need to bring it or they will lose a customer for life. She said "that is ok, we will lose a customer." Really? thats how they are willing to treat a customer? I spend about 3000 to 6000 dollars a year there, and I give out several referrals a week to them. I told the "manager" how much I shop there and she still didnt care. I asked to speak to the owner and she refused to contact him. The manager is horrible. I understand people make mistakes, but she offered NO solutions and said I was out of luck. A good manager would have at least offered me $5 bucks or $10 bucks off my next purchase. She offered NOTHING. She acted like I was trying to get one up on her. After she said there was nothing she could do she hung up. Twenty minutes later she called back (after she realized she screwed up) she was going to have the owner call me. He called me and said he was arranging someone to bring me the missing cloth. He was upset on how I apparently was talking to the manager. Not true. I dont know what the manager told the owner to "cover her a s s" The owner was also rude, and completely unwilling to keep me as a customer. I also told him how much I spend at his store each month. He didnt care either. If the manager and owner are willing to loose a good customer who spends thousands of dollars at his store for life, then how is he going to treat you? Fordor billiards is a lot closer to my house, and yet I still chose to come here time after time. And to think I was about to purchase a 9 foot Brunswick Crown from him next year. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Best Quality Billards moved a table for me. They did a great job. They were on time, stayed with the job until it was complete, were professional and everything was cleaned up when they were done. Couldn't ask for better service. Stopped by their store and was impressed with the selection of accessories.

Provided by YP.comI bought a Preadator Cue last week and after i used it a week , i found out that cue was had problem , and i go back to the store then i told him whats the problem and He (Owner) replaced with new cue. So i'm so happy about it and thank you for gave me a "glove" and discount also . Appreciate your bussiness.
