Set up a appointment to modify my exhaust, 3 weeks in advance, making sure the books were completely clear on that day. I had a great talk with Adam about time frame and cost, setting my appointment for an afternoon slot at 2pm. Received a message from the receptionist, just 2 hours prior to my appointment, stating that my appointment would not be honored because morning appointments always have priority and I would be bumped to a future date. No apologies, no humility, in fact quite demeaning as if it were my fault for taking an afternoon slot. I requested a call back from Adam to hash things out, so I would not be wasting my time on another future appointment. Sadly, Adam, I wish you would have called me back...

Years ago i went to pick up my car from a brake job. Was told the squeeling was becuse of the pads used before, and they had been treated. They could have charged me for the break job, but didn't. They didn't even charge for treating my existing pads! I've used them for all my auto repair needs since then and have always been satisfied, if not delighted. Good job Adam. You folks embody the positive values and character not often found in that particular industry.

Lakewood Muffler & Brake was fabulous from the qouting to pick up.-Work done for less than quoted (Quote was a good price anyway)-Work completed when promised-The job was done right-My vehicle was give back exactly as I dropped it off. No seat move, radio station change, etc.-Someone was there when I needed to drop off an hour before they opened-Adam and Nicole are great business owners!
