Cody is an award winning artist and my tattoo demonstrates why. I considered myself a very difficult customer because of my attention to detail. Nonetheless, Cody was patient with me, allowed me to change the artwork once, and request yet a second revision. The quality of his work is outstanding. It could not be any better. In addition, he is kind and caring and fun. I went in and got my grandmother's portrait done at Mantra by Jeremy Costilow. The portrait is the absolute best. It looks just like the picture I brought him and he captured her spirit through his tattoo work on her eyes. I do have other tattoos, but I will never again go anywhere else. Jeremy was professional and made me feel very comfortable. BEST TATTOO ARTIST EVER. My portrait is amazing! 100% recommend. Will go again soon.

I first went to the shop to look around, meet the artists and if I liked what I saw I would make an appointment. It seemed clean, well lit and safe. I made an appointment, put down a deposit with Delshay after showing him my art. I and showed up a few minutes early to fill out the paper work, copy my ID, etc. Even though he said I would be his first client that day, when I arrived he was working on someone. I stood there for a several minutes before I could get anyone's attention and when I did Delshay looked up and said "do you need something?" Nice, so polite! He didn't even remember me and when I reminded him I had an appt and HE had my deposit, he said he FORGOT! I had watched him write my name, number and deposit amount down, and luckily it was there when I told him to look. He said he was almost done and we'd start soon. So, I sat down and waited. While I did I listened to the artists and their clients talking. I started getting a bad feeling. They were talking about other clients (mostly women) not there and how they hated working on them because they were "fat" "old and wrinkled" and one who "gets uptight if they party." I asked what that was about and was told there was a "b*tch" who freaked out when she saw one of them drinking a beer in the shop. I should have left then. After over an hour and him still working on the other client (and needing 2 smoke breaks) I finally asked for my deposit back and left. By that time the place was filled with young girls who I guess are regular groupies and just hang around. It was totally unprofessional and I would not suggest anyone go there

Have never had a better experience with a tattoo shop. Very clean and everyone really cares about their work and clients.
