See the updated photos on Yelp. Top layer of concrete completely disintegrated. Unfortunately, I waited for too long to file suit against Joe as he continually told me he would come back and fix the work. So after 18 months of watching his crap work fall apart I am spending another 7500 to redo my patios. Claims I did not pay him when in actauality I did hold back 500 for him to fix a crack that happened before his team finished. Wow I wish I had not paid upon completion. Cracks that came later I even agreed to have him cut along them to hide them. They did a bunch of random cuts that made it look like a 10 year old had at it. This is the only bad review I have ever given somone online. I'm angry yes, but I truly don't want somone else to get taken by this guy. Hopefully my loss is your gain. Feel free to email me if you want any further information. He was least expensive and pretty engaging in front end. Don't be fooled.
