Not happy with their idea of lightly worn clothes, tried to sell 2 pairs of (worn once) Nike shoes ,1 pair of Dr. Martins, and knee high boots, there was a small smudge on the boots that was only noticed when pointed out. Their expectation on "lightly" used clothes is unrealistic unless what you take in is brand new, never worn. Definitely against playtos closet, this is the 3rd time I've tried to sell to them and was very disappointed. The first time I sold to them I was given 8$ for NEW NEVER WORN, IN BOX $50.00 Boots... The clothes to buy, are affordable. But selling is inrealistic inlesd what you bring in is new because it will probably be given back or you'll get ripped off. Never had a problem with the people, just the store's criteria for "lightly used" .

Dianna who checked us out yesterday and today, she is a great addition to your store. We have been coming to this location since it opened and she by far has been the nicest and most helpful person that has helped us . Please keep her. Kathleen and Taylor
