Primrose Schools (3395 South Kipling Parkway) in Lakewood is sketchy. This is simply my opinion, but I have had such a horrible, logic-defying, experience that I feel compelled to warn others. According to management, they feel that it is their right to seize your personal property if you have an outstanding balance. While they have a right to be paid, they have no legal (let alone common sense) argument for holding their customers personal property hostage. In my opinion, the director should be ashamed and this practice should not continue. For the record, my son's lunch box and toys were seized before we were ever presented with an invoice. Which was for $150 for 3 days of service last week. He and his sister had been attending on and off for more than 3 years (never a late payment). Find another child care provider.
