Exceptional people, great dry cleaning, excellent minor mending, and amazing alterations...Highly recommend this dry cleaners.

Schwan Dry Cleaning damaged a $200.00 coat and then try to bill me for the repair. Also the price for the cleaning was $25.00 and they refused to refund my money.

They will damage your product and completely deny your claim, go somewhere else.

This past week has changed my view of this establishment and I will NEVER return. I dropped a dress off to be hemmed a week before I needed it for a wedding. When I picked it up a week later they had not touched my dress. The owner explained that it could not be hemmed because of the material (92%Polyester 8%Spandex) I have never heard such a thing. I asked her why she did not call me since the dress was in her shop for a week, she refused to give me an answer. The owner kept saying she couldn't hem it, she told me just to wear the dress long (excuse me). I explained to her that I recently moved but drove 30 minutes to her shop because I had been a client for 5 years. I also explained I dropped the dress off early so it would be ready for a wedding. She had zero remorse. She did not offer to help me in the least. The fact that she had the dress for 7 days and never called me to let me know she would not be hemming the dress is horrible business. I will NEVER go back to Schwan cleaners!
