I had my worst bike buying experience ever at Treads.Last year I purchased a Cannondale bike at Treads for over $1,500. It immediately began to have problems with the gears slipping. I took it back to the shop over 10 times and they never did anything but tighten the gears, which fixed the problem for 10 minutes at most. Eventually the hub locked while riding and actually did so much damage to frame that the entire carbon frame was destroyed. At this point Treads did next to nothing to help me get this problem covered by the warranty at Cannondale and would not even give me the number of a rep at Cannondale. They just sent me on my way without so much as a sorry.

Had my bike for over a week and didn't touch it! Never called, nothing! I won't be going back!

I've needed help on a couple of things and they have been so helpful. They have even told me how to make parts last longer vs. just replacing them. Definately recommend for service work!
