 1.  Mantis Kung Fu:  Defend yourself even if you are weak by using  you opponent's strength against him.  Not a sport; all possible defenses for kicks, punches, strikes, holds. throws, locks and weapons studied.

2.  Tai Chi for seniors health and self defense

This class is for serious students that want to learn classical Tai Chi and not short, Useless, new-age dances taught for profit. On the average it takes 5 or 6 years, just to learn the main, classical form. The student will learn surface anatomy to locate the acupoints hidden in each move of the form which are used to incapacitate and resuscitate an opponent and also treat training injuries. Some basic Chinese medicine is taught in order to understand the real benefits of the form and how each posture affects internal organs and body parts. Martial push hands is taught consisting of punching, strikes, throws, kicks, etc. and not the modern, useless pushing forms. Other two person self-defense forms, such as, small and large San Sau, Da lu, etc. are practiced. Similar forms are practiced using classical Chinese weapons such as: sword, staff, spear, etc.  3.  Qigong for health:  Lose weight!  Reduce stress! Increase Longevity! Maxinize Health!  No gym or equipment!

Non-strenuous; easier to learn and practice than Yoga , Tai Chi or Pilates. Ideal for seniors and physically challenged.
