We toured all of the models at the Hershey RV show last fall and finally made the decision to purchase one. This was our first Airstream and our first RV! When making this kind of purchase you should have an idea of what you're looking for before you enter the parking lot. They obviously know this and won't hover. We purchased a brand new Winnebago RV for $100,000 from Colonial and we have not had a good customer experience. We will post more details which will depend on how Colonial handles certain issues.
