A sincere thank you to Patrick, Nick and the rest of the team at Colonial Airstream. My wife and I have been researching Airstream products for years. We toured all of the models at the Hershey RV show last fall and finally made the decision to purchase one. This was our first Airstream and our first RV! The team at Colonial Airstream couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We're looking forward to years of enjoyment.

If you didn’t know it - the AirStream culture is a discerning family. Perhaps there’s an expectation for *more than the average buyer. Higher standards are sought in quality products and greater attention to personalized service is intuitively valued. We (Airstream owners) require more than the best price. We seek the nostalgia of Airstream and the attention to detail it’s known to afford.

COLONIAL AIRSTREAM understands this and delivers in every aspect from first introduction through to final delivery hitch up. Nick, our Sales Rep was stellar in his professionalism. He made sure that we were satisfied with each step in the sale process. We absolutely love our 23CB and without a doubt will return to Colonial for future purchases. Friendly, attentive and informative are just a few words that come to mind. Nick Lenzo was our salesman for our first Flying Cloud 23CB. When making this kind of purchase you should have an idea of what you're looking for before you enter the parking lot. They obviously know this and won't hover. Yet allowing you to take your time checking the model you most likely want. Thank you Michelle for your beautiful smile as soon as you walk in the door. GM David Strain who worked with us personally. Kevin who did our walk through with great detail. Laura Lanzone who dots the I's and crosses the T's. Anthony in the service Dept for working with the extra installs. Our purchase of an AIRSTREAM from Patrick Botticelli with Colonial AIRSTREAM was a perfect professional experience. All members of Colonial went over and above to demonstrate, answer questions, address issues immediately, installed options checking and double checking all systems and work to the highest standard. We decided on Colonial out of 5 other AIRSTREAM dealerships. It was no contest on customer service, product knowledge and experience along with a genuine desire to make our experience positive and memorable. Deal… lowest we found in the nation. I cannot believe Colonial RV h...

We purchased a brand new Winnebago RV for $100,000 from Colonial and we have not had a good customer experience. We will post more details which will depend on how Colonial handles certain issues.
