After having delivered roses with wilted petals to my 89 year old aunt for Mother's Day, I contacted them to explain that my aunt was a woman who never complained, but she did not think it was right to receive flowers in that condition. What could they do to rectify the situation? I was told my aunt could drive there to pick up a couple of fresh roses. I explained she was 89 and did not drive and I thought they should replace the roses. The owner adamantly refused to do so and said it was too far. Both my aunt and the florist are in Lakewood! Then I was told that my aunt should pick off the wilted petals-REALLY? I asked why they didn't do it and was told it could have been an oversight since the Friday before Mother's Day was so busy. I Will Never Use This Florist Again and warn others to look for another florist in the area. Their very poor business practice is unacceptable.

After I inquire about an arrangement & delivery fee in the $25-$35 range & gave delivery address which was approxmently 5-8 miles from their business I was told they did not no of the location & did not delivery to that area.

A simple lookup on the computer would give them the direction I even gave a few streets names that would help they find the location.

So I would never try to use their service again.
