The facility is very nice. The lady that works there is HORRIBLE!!!! She is rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional....I had already done 45.00 worth of laundry and had another at least 25.00 worth to do. I will be finding another laundry mat to do the rest because of her. All she did was loudly and obnoxiously complain about her BOSS and customers that come in. Saying the smell, and are dirty scums. Then she went on to say how whoever spilt some powdered laundry soap on the floor was a sumbag, and guess what? That scum bag was ME! I opened a brand new box of tide powdered soap and when I lifted the lid some of it spilt (about 2 tablespoons) I looked for a broone to clean it up bc she was not at work yet and I could not find one. How ignorant and rude can people be
