Her shoe repair skills seems to be Good to Very Good, but she is a crusty foreign-born lady. She will berate you for buying shoes with plastic soles and/or heels, even if that is all you can afford at the time.



She definitely does not have the personality for retails sales. I have been there 3 or 4 times over the years, I am switching just because of her demeanor.
