I will never again go anywhere else. Joe has 30+ years in the field of computer and peripheral repair, and he treats you like a person with a problem that needs to be solved, not a customer with money lining your pockets. He's very thorough in explaining issues and options for repair or replacement, and is extremely quick with repairs (usually 24 hours at most - my new laptop was ready in 3 hours, transitioning data from the old hard drive). Cost of labor, hardware, and products are very reasonable (read: way lower cost than you'd expect for the quality of product, service, and education). He operates on a cash-only basis, so be ready for that! I will recommend him to EVERYONE I know, bar none. His is the best business I've been to in Lakewood.
