Come 2-3 times a week get everything I need! I love all the cashiers and they all make me feel welcomed.

Avoid this place if you want to get honest work at a fair price! They will take advantage of you, work on things they were not contracted to work on, and stiff you with the astronomical bill at the end!



Don't believe me, ask my 84 year old grandparents who were handed a $1200+ bill after Lucas replaced gas and brake line parts they were not asked to replace. They didn't even replace the gas THAT THEY DRAINED FROM THE TANK!



Please, take your car anywhere else. There's a Firestone right across the street, and hundreds of garages in Lakewood, any of them have to be better than this place. Ignore the Star Rating, I wasn't allowed to rate this place a ZERO.

This place really is great. Reading the other reviews. The cashiers are really friendly. I've been coming in the store for years. They seem to be the same faces. Can't say that about a lot of places. They must like working there. I've had my car worked on a few times. I can tell they're extremely busy. I'm reasonable, so I don't expect them to stop everything & fix my car in front of other customers that were there 1st. I'm polite to them & they are polite to me. Explain clearly & answer my questions. I feel comfortable recommending this place to family & friends. They have recommended things I should replace in the future but don't pressure me to do in now. That makes me trust them. They don't nickel & dime me.

I didn't even get past the phone call with this place. A very rude and conceited old man answered the phone and barely game me any information at all. It was very apparent that they did not want my business. When I asked for a quote the man refused to even give me a ball park, and then made a snarky comment to end the conversation. Customer service is everything nowadays and Lucas Auto Center fails to understand this. It amazes me that this place has been around so long.

My visit was boss. Your cashiers are beasts. Just amazing, plain ole amazing...seriously!

I have been coming to Jim Lucas Auto Center for well over 30 years. The service is always friendly and prices reasonable and the quality of work outstanding. Jim and his son's have treated my vehicles safe for over three decades and I really appreciate it. I truly value a business of such high quality and integrity.
