These guys are the real deal. They show you what work needs be completed and they will work with you to help you understand what preventive maintenance needs to be done as well. Oh and I will recommend this shop for honesty and integrity. George and his team are a rare find.

Not happy: so I take my 99 Yukon into the Lakewood Ohio shop for a balance and rotation. During the test drive, the head casket cracked, busted, starting pouring out antifreeze. Now mind you before I went I had no leaks. So of course they are blaming it on the age and mileage of the truck, but not the way it driven(I'm sure the guy who took it for a test drive put the metal to the pedal from a stand still that caused that much pressure in order for the casket to crack). So it went from no leak, to antifreeze pouring out of the head gasket from a test drive? Just does not sound right to me. So they are going to have a mechanic look at it tomorrow and let me know my options. But until then I'm out of a vehicle, so now I have to figure out how I'm going to pick-up my kids and get to work. And I use my vehicle for work when I have to go in the field. Will update the results tomorrow. I will also update the stars depending on how they handle this.

So they are not going to repair the damages that were caused while their technician/mechanic caused while driving my vehicle that did have 235000 miles. So if you do decide to take your vehicle to this shop, just know that if anything damaging happens to it they will not be responsible. As a business if you get behind the wheel of someone's property and something happens to it, it should be their responsibility to take care of it. Yes my vehicle is old with a lot of miles, but you should hire responsible employees that will take care of the customer's vehicle as if it was their own. I've had my vehicle for over 8 years and have to take care of it because it is my way to work, what I use to pick my kids up, and what I use for field work. Good luck to all...
