I USED THIS COMPANY RECENTLY ;THE MOVERS (DENNY) IS VERY SLOW ,THE MOVE TOOK EIGHT HOURS +,THEY ARE A RIP OFF,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND GUESS WHAT THEY RENT THEIR MOVING TRUCK FROM ENTERPRISE TRUCK RENTALS

I will have to comment on this company because I was impressed with their services. I called the same day to have my stuff picked up to the place I was moving, and the guys who came to pick up the stuff were prompt and very reliable. After a moving company (whose name I won't mention) happened to renege their promise to come and pick up the stuff on the day they were supposed to, I was desperate to find another moving company that would be reliabe. Well, I called Piece by Peace Movers, and the manager was very professional and upheld his promise to have his men come by and pick up the stuff. They showed up excatly at the time as promised. They were courteous and competent. I will probably refer them to my friends in the future.

We had 3 different office locations we were moving to one giant location. It was a 3 day move and 8 man crew. They were great movers alltogether. They took everything apart and put it back together, with no extra charge. We had one of our own box trucks that needed to be moved and they just jumped in no extra charge and moved it. John the owner came out and flat rated our move and it was exactly what he said in the contract and billing invoice.

From the moment I talked with the owner of the company and booked my move, I felt satisfied. The invoice and charges were all completely up front. NO SURPRISES, They didnt charge me extra for being on a 7th floor with no elevator. Great and Professional movers, they came in uniform. I most definetly would use them again.

I contracted Piece by Peace do perform the unloading of a multi stage move for me. I was quoted a rate of 65 dollars per hour, with a two hour minimum. When my contract was sent to me via email, it said a minimum 3 hour contract, with a 40 diesel fuel charge. I sent the contract back unsigned questioning the wording of the contract. Unfortunately, I did not follow up with the owner as I was juggling 3 other moving contracts. The day of the move came, and the movers were done in just under 2 hours. My bill came to 250.00 dollars. When I questioned the amount, I was told that was the contract, take it up with the boss. As I was exhausted and wanted these guys out of my house immediately, I paid. When I emailed the owner I was told that the 40 dollar diesel charge for a moving truck they didn't use (it was my truck), was now a 'service' charge. Also, he has refused to acknowledge that I refuted the contract and did not sign prior to work being done. My surrent attempts to reach him have gone unanswered. I can provide all email correspondance if needed.



A 150 dollar job became a 250 dollar bilking, and they refuse to even ackowledge it. If you have been mistreated by them, do as I did, file a compliant with the BBB. Had I looked at BBB first, I would have seen they aalready have an unsatisfactory rating!

All around great guys. One was older, one was younger. They did a great job moving my 4 bedrrom home from Willoughby hills to Independence. I would definetly use them agian if I needed movers.

THEY MOVED MY OFFICE AND EQUIPMENT. They did a great job, they came in uniforms and bright red trucks, and moved me great! They had dollies, straps, anything you would need to make a move simple. Thanks

I called another company (weiss movers). And they gave me the run around for 3 days. They tried to over charge and the whole nine. I got fed up with them and called PIECE BY PEACE MOVERS and they came the same day I called them. The movers were in uniform, they did a great job and quick too. I RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE MOVING for loading and unloading, and they provide there own trucks as well.

The owner doesnt lie when he says they work at a great pace. I have a 3 bedroom home they moved in 4 hours flat. Unbelievable Piece By Peace Movers. This is definetly a upcoming moving company!

For a moving company they were extremely well mannered. They came got the job done and were on there way. I estimated the move to be atleast 10 hours, they finished within 6 hours. If I was you, I would use this company, some of the other people I called sounded rude just over the phone.

I would definetly recomend them to anyone using moving services. I had a workout station on a third floor that I assembled there. They had no problem disembling it and making sure it was put back together the right wa, for no extra cost. I was a little skeptical at first with all the STRESS FREE AND QUALITY MOVERS AND NO HIDDEN FEES. But, they really were true, It was a great move!

I am a single mother, and moving may not be the easiest of things for me to do. But working with Piece By Peace Movers llc really made this move easy for me. They were very polite. They did not stand around and try to rake hours in like other companies. I really feel I got a good rate from them. I would definetly use them if you are in need of movers. I would use them agian myself if I ever need movers as well.

I would definetly recomend them to anyone. Commercial or Residential, we hired them to move our office and home from Medina County to Beachwood. They were 15 minutes early. I was worried about my carpet so they took off there shoes every time they entered my home. They were extremely polite and very considerate of my sleeping baby.

From the moment I called PIECE BY PEACE MOVERS I talked with the owner ( John Scordos ) and he had me assured just from talking to him that everything was going to be extremely STRESS-FREE which is one of there mottos and it really was STRESS- FREE. I could not of asked for better movers, thanks agian I will recomend you guys anytime I can.
