These guys are the worst. They are great at doing your taxes until they get paid, and then you better hope the IRS doesn't find any issues with your filing because if it's not tax season, no one answers the phone, they don't return voice mails, they are never in the office, and they don't respond to email. I tried to reach them for months regarding a problem with the taxes they prepared for me and eventually gave up. I have no idea how they are still in business. Go look at their BBB rating (F) and reviews before you think about calling them. I wish I had.
