worst experience ever! have been taking my dog to wags n whiskers for over 2 years and was always satisfied.....took him in on time today for a 1 pm appt....was told to pick him up at 3 pm.....returned at 3 pm and they had done nothing but move my dog to another cage, presumably so he could be exposed to as many dog germs as possible......the groomer aid it was not her fault....I asked who was in charge and she said no one.....I guess that says it all.....my time is valuable, too.....will never take my dog there again.....
