Inept, Inefficient and Rude Office Staff



I will never return to this place. I can't speak for the facility or the technicians because I didn't even get to have the MRI I was scheduled for thanks to the negligence and ineptitude of the office staff in not finding the referral my doctor's office faxed last week. I waited for over 45 minutes only to be told I would have to go home and reschedule because they couldn't find the referral. Not only was the office lady incompetent, she was also incredibly rude, not just to me but to all the customers she spoke with on the phone while we waited in the waiting room. She clearly has no business working with the public in any capacity. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. I will be rescheduling my MRI at TRA where I have always been treated well in the past.
