Custer Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through grade five. Its academic curriculum includes programs in reading, language arts, mathematics, science and social science. The school additionally offers classes in fine arts, life skills, music and physical education. Custer Elementary School also offers the English Language Learners program. It offers an Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program, which includes services for preschool children from low-income families. The program includes childhood education; nutrition services; health screenings and follow-up; family support; and family involvement and leadership opportunities.
