I am writing this comment in regards to my experience today. This was the

first time I have ever tried Dairy Queen lunch and I have to say it was the

worst experience I have ever encountered. The fries were old and stale, the

bun to my burger was hard and dry, and the lettuce was soggy. I am letting

you know because when I called to let the manager know about my experience

she was very rude and thought I wanted a free meal. Now, because of this

experience, you have lost a customer that works in the office building

behind your restaurant and could have potentially been a loyal customer.



I hope you find time to talk to the employees about better customer

services and their food prep.

Dairy queen in my opinion has also be "better" fast food and usually my of my choosing for a quick burger and fries.

The one on 100th and South Tacoma Way is where I stopped yesterday and, BIG MISTAKE! DIGUSTING! the food and service were a sloppy mess! And it was not like they were busy (big surprise) only one other customer there! What a huge dis appointment. AM-PM makes a better Cheese Burger & Better service!
