New manager talks too much and doesn't do any his job. WHY HIRED NEW MANAGER? THEY DONT KNOW S*IT!!!

New Manager Rio Mexican guy is so rude and lazy.

he always playing with his car and not doing his job.

i need asked him something is not working so it needs to be fix.

after 2 days later.. i called office and rio answered so i asked him when are you guys going to fix it

then he was yelling at me and said I WILL FIX YOUR THING(i don't want to say what that is so i use "thing" word)

HE was SO RUDE and LAZY.

I don't like rio.

he should get fired.

They don't need 2 managers since he's not doing he's job right.

I lived in here for 5 years with my 3 sons

i'm so glad i moved to other apt.

JUST LET YOU GUYS KNOW THE MANAGER RIO LIKES MEXICAN ONLY.

HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS RESIDENTS.
