The most inconsiderate, inflexible, unfriendly "customer service" we've received in a long time. My husband took a half day off of work to get our son to his appointment on time, hit horrible traffic on the way home, got our son to the appointment 1min past their 10min grace period, and they wouldn't take him. It took my husband 30min just to drive from our house to the appointment, and they couldn't flex over 1min?

Then, to top it off, when I called to talk to them about the situation, the lady on the phone tried to tell me that their reason was because they had paperwork to fill out... One piece of paper that my son had to sign... that's it. Seriously?

Extremely disappointed with their lack of customer care. Just ridiculous, and we won't be doing business there again, or referring this company in the future... They're not worth the time.

horrible training school. My daughter was in a class of six students, only one passed their final test. 95% fail rate- I was told by the office manager that even in a class of 24 only half the class will pass!!! Rip off artists!
