Ordered an entertainment center (925-5329), and told them 3 separate times that my amplifier needed ventilation in the back. I received it and the only ventilation is in the back of the small shelves (8") on each side in the back. In the center, where the stereo will go, there are no holes of any kind. So now I cannot run cables/cord. The side pieces are sealed off from the center, so I cannot run cables/cords through them. How did they expect me to put stereo equipment inside the cabinet. I turned down a much more functional piece at Costco for less than half the price so I could buy American. I can see now why the US loses manufacturing. They cannot follow simple directions after talking to them 3 times. I live over 3 hours away, so I cannot take it back. I am done with Grandwood for any thing in the future.
