I had the same experience as patient 1001. Office staff extremely incompetent. Dr.- I feel the same exact way; after many visits.

I have been seeing Dr. Braun for over four years and have found him to be not only a responsive well-trained physician but also he really takes his time to address the patients issues. As someone who has had cancer let me tell you that is rare. I'm not sure who the nurse the other reviewer is talking about but Dr. Braun deserves kudos for going above and beyond to make the patient feel at ease and having outstanding great people skills as well as medical knowledge.

Dr. Braun is fine doctor the problem is his staff, his charge or head nurse is totally disrespectul to my wife, my wife was in the hospital just recently and she needs to get some more tests done and everytime she call the Dr. Bruans office, she has to encounter this awful, mean lady, I always thought doctors office are here for us.the patients, not the other way around so if you choose this doctor becareful and get ready to deal with a very un-professional head nurse in the office, and I hope you don't need any special test's soon.
