Shuts folks power of without so much as calling or leaving a notice on the door, if you miss the bill in the mail, you're screwed. If they have a problem with a payment, they don't call, they just shut it off. Many times they shut off power on a Thursday, even though they are CLOSED Fri-Sat-Sun. Customer service reps are rude. And, they raise the per kilowatt rate in the winter for no particular purpose other than people tend to use more in the winter, so it ups their profits. I'd love to be a Tacoma Power customer, but these clowns seem to be in the Lakewood City Council's pocket...

we have a tree that is a tall fir tree on the property line that has a electric power line that looks like it is holding up the tree. the wind blows and are power takes minnie surges what i meaan is our power flickers for a split second. i am a fraid that one of the indie ddays this tree is going to snap the power wier two our home along with the neighbors. the people who own the tree will not do any thing with it. they are selling and moving to parkland. 10506 montrose ave. s.w/ 253 581 1634
