They need to go back to the old system ! The new one sucks a**!! They have you waiting an hour or more and it's ridiculous!!

F--- THIS COMPANY,THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NO MANAGER TO TALK TO. I CALLED 4 TIMES AND GOT HUNG UP ON EACH TIME BY THE SAME PERSON DAVID "SOMETHING" WHO WOULD NOT RELEASE HIS LAST NAME. IF YOU EVER NEED A TAXI DO NOT CALL THEM. THIS WILL BE HANDLED WHEN DAVID IS NOT AT WORK. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I NEVER RAISED MY VOICE, I TRIED TO BE CALM AND STILL GOT TREATED LIKE I WAS ACTING OUT OF LINE. THEY STEAL FROM YOU THEN TREAT YOU LIKE POOP... WOULD BE 0 STARS IS POSSIBLE

My overall experience was pleasant. The Dispathcher was very helpful and friendly. The Driver was pleasant but quiet and friendly. The car was clean and presentable. I would use them again. I was surprised that they operate all over Pierce County.
