Great NW small business, never had a problem working with the couple great guys that work there. This is not some big box manufacturer, with endless cash to just throw at unhappy customers, they have always made every effort to make sure i've gotten the exactly what i needed.

bought two bags of different size back in the late 80's. Have used one of them at least 10 times a year. Seems like new as I take another trip tomorrow.

I am not so sure about this company. Customer service stinks. They don't back there products if a zipper fails. Customer service is everything in a business. Does not matter if you have a superior product or not. The Talon zipper on my tool bag, broke. This wasa heavy duty zipper. The plastic came off of the zipper. I called the company and because it was out of warranty, they said, buy a new one. They say they use the best US made materials. I won't ever buy from them again, even though I like their products.
