The Safe Harbor Team has 20+ years experience in managing properties. From 1000 unit apartments communities to single family houses. With a love for the property management business, we founded a management company with a different name initially. Some of our first property owners came to us because they were running away from their current Property Management company. They left for reasons such as lack of communication, mishandlings of funds, problems with tax information, lack of transparency, lack of aggressive marketing etc. We quickly saw that property owners deserved a better alternative with regard to transparency, profit, marketing, and teamwork. Safe Harbor is where our owners, residents and ourselves operate in an environment of “DO NO HARM” We seek to be fair to all. The value of your investment and trust is our highest priority.
